The measures taken by the government to deal with immigration are yielding and bringing very good results, said the Deputy Minister of Immigration.
Speaking to Trito, Nikolas Ioannidis said that migratory flows by sea have now been reduced to zero.
This development gives us the possibility to examine asylum applications faster, said Mr. Ioannidis, noting that since the beginning of the year until now, approximately 6 thousand people have been repatriated.
