The Ministry of Labor, Welfare and Social Insurance announces that only for Wednesday, May 19, 2021 will be able to submit electronic applications for participation in the following Special Plans:
- Special Plan for Complete Suspension of the Company's Operations (ESA Application.3),
- Special Plan for Partial Suspension of the Company's Operations (ESA Application.4) (it is necessary to submit a Certified Public Accountant Report),
- Special Plan of Economic Activities Related to the Tourism Industry or Economic Activities Affected by Tourism (Application EEA.10 or EEA.11) (it is necessary to submit a Certified Public Accountant Report),
- Special Plan for Certain Categories of Independent Employees (ESA Application.5) (for self-employed persons who fall into category "9" of paragraph 3 (c) of the Terms and Conditions of the relevant Decision, it is necessary to submit a Certified Public Accountant Report).
For the period from 1 April 2021 to 30 April 2021, by interested parties who for any reason did not submit a relevant application during the application period for the month of April 2021.
In addition, those companies that have an Employer Registration Number with economic activity that belongs to the wholesale trade but is also engaged in retail trade and have not yet made the necessary correction to the Social Security Services, will be able to apply for the Full Suspension Plan from the 26th of April 2021 until the 30th of April 2021.
