The Ministry of Health has published clarifications regarding the Phase platform for registering data of people with a positive diagnosis in the COVID-19.

Specifically in relation to my user number and its location, it is stated that the first message with a positive result is sent by the laboratory to inform about it and when the result is registered on the relevant platform, it will be received by the competent service of the Ministry of Health (YY ) and the user number will be created, which will be sent with a message the next day (so it may take 2 days from the day the test was performed to receive a password). The period of 48 hours to complete the data starts from the time the message with the user code is received and not from the time when the laboratory test was performed.

If the user password does not work and the connection is not possible, it is clarified that if the login to the platform is not activated within 48 hours after receiving the message that includes it to fill in the details within this time frame, the password expires and goes to the official database of YY only the basic data listed in the test sent by the laboratory.

He further points out that if the 48 hours have passed, a phone call will be made by a PC official to fill in further details, which may take several days.

If 48 hours have not elapsed and access is not achieved the date of birth should be checked which should be in the form dd / mm / yyyy, e.g. 03/10/1978, which may have been incorrectly recorded from the sampling point / laboratory / pharmacy that performed the test.

In this case, the message with your positive result should be checked to verify that the date of birth was recorded correctly. In case the message is incorrect, make a connection with the wrong date and after the connection make a correction.

If the date of birth is correct, test the connection by reversing the day to the month. e.g. If the date of birth is 10/06/2000 (dd / mm / yyyy), try the date 06/10/2000 (mm / dd / yyyy).

Regarding the time of sending the code in case of a positive diagnosis, it is clarified that this can happen one or two days after you will be informed about your positive result.

In case it is not possible to register by phone or there is no internet connection, it is clarified that with the consent of the interested party anyone can complete the declaration as long as he is given the user number, date of birth and one-time code that will be sent to mobile phone of the interested party while trying to connect this person to the platform.

When codes are constantly sent to the mobile and no one works, it means that Start here has been pressed many times and that is why the corresponding unique numbers are sent. The process will proceed when the last number (OTP received) is entered.

If OTP does not proceed it means that the valid few seconds have elapsed and you have to press Start again to send a new password.

If cached, the login process must be repeated on the platform with the user code, date of birth and the new OTP code to be sent.

If it does not submit, check all the tabs so that the required fields are filled in (marked with *). The submit at the top of the page marks in red the fields that have not been filled in and that are mandatory.

It is also clarified that if the platform is left inactive for a long time, it is automatically disconnected, so the code and the new OTP must be refreshed and re-registered. If it was not cached, the information already entered has been lost and all fields will need to be filled in again.

If a successful login message appears from the platform, it means that the login has been made and no message or copy is sent. In addition, if you have entered your email in the corresponding field of the statement, then you will also receive an email with instructions for your self-restraint.

In case it does not allow someone to register / save his statement, while letting him go and greens his every step as he goes, the Ministry of Health states that the green color is not an indication that this step is correctly completed. Lets go further, so you can fill in information in the other fields. If you have left the required fields blank, it will point them to you when you reach the last step and try to enter. You can temporarily save an incomplete entry and come in a second time (within the default 48 hours), edit it and register it.

In the event that someone does not have all the information, they can save what they have completed and return to complete the rest. The Ministry points out that you go through all the steps until you reach Step 8. There you can make a temporary save, selecting NO to the point you have completed your statement. You can come back later to fill in all the fields and enter.

The purpose of caching is to store any information you have recorded so far, in case you need to stop completing your statement for any reason, even if you have not completed all the steps of the statement, so that they are stored in the system. so that you can complete your statement at another time. In addition, if you need any help from telephone lines, if you have saved your statement, the operator you will be contacting will be able to see what you have already entered and identify where there is a problem with your statement.

When you log back in to the platform (with the same user number that was sent to you from the PC and your date of birth but with the new one-time code that will be sent to the case phone), you will find all the information you saved online and not in a folder on your device.

In order for your information to be transferred to the national database of the PC for cases, you must make an Entry. Otherwise, only the initial data (name, ID number, date of birth and date of sampling) will be transferred automatically and a PC official will call you in the coming days to request more information.

In case someone states the dates of birth of their contacts and does not proceed, the Ministry states that this has been observed mainly to users of the platform through specific mobile devices. Better to click cache and continue from a computer or other device for convenience. Alternatively try typing the date of birth instead of looking it up in the calendar.
