Seven new deaths of coronavirus patients reported in the last three days - 175 patients being treated, of which 43 in serious condition

The Ministry of Health announces that today, February 16 2022:

- They were announced 7 deaths

- Relate to:

  • Man, aged 87-year-old, which ended on 14 February
  • Woman, aged 50-year-old, which ended on 15 February
  • Man, aged 59 years, which ended on 15 February
  • Woman, aged 85 years, which ended on 15 February
  • Woman, aged 92 years, which ended on 15 February
  • Man, aged 63 years, which ended on 16 February
  • Woman, aged 99 years, which ended on 16 February

- Total number of deaths with final cause of the disease COVID-19: 798.

-       175 patients COVID-19 are hospitalized in OKYPY hospitals

-       43 in serious condition (ICU: 1 out of ventilator / 13 intubated, MAF: 29)

- Percentage of patients without a history of vaccination: 70,86%

-       30 Patients who have ceased to be infectious continue to be treated intubated for COVID in an Intensive Care Unit.

Diagnostic examinations:

- They took place in total 97.679 diagnostic examinations

- They were located 2.549 new cases (set of cases 298.235).

- Position rate in all exams 2,61%

Total number of molecular tests (PCR):

- They took place 6.657 molecular tests

- They emerged 374positive incidents

- Position of positivity 5,62%

-       Total number of rapid antigen detection tests (fastTest):

- They were carried out 91.022 rapid antigen detection tests

- They emerged 2.175 positive incidents

- Position of positivity 2,39%

Tracking:

- They were carried out 508 molecular tests and were detected 67 positive events (percentage of positivity 13,19%)

- They were carried out 1.276 rapid antigen detection tests and detected 88 positive events (percentage of positivity 6,9%)

Private initiative:

- They were carried out 1.952 molecular tests were identified 255 positive events (percentage of positivity 13,06%)

- They were carried out 43.719 rapid antigen detection tests were detected 1.230 positive events (percentage of positivity 2,81%)

Through the programs of the Ministry of Health were carried out 47.303 rapid antigen detection test. They were located 945 positive incidents.

- Sampling points: 24.259 rapid detection tests were detected 658 positive events (percentage of positivity 2,71%)

Education

- Secondary Education: 12.923 rapid detection tests were detected 104 positive events (percentage of positivity 0,8%)

- Test-to-Stay: performed 5.623 rapid antigen detection tests and detected 76 positive events (percentage of positivity 1,35%)

- Special Schools: conducted 245 rapid antigen detection test and no adverse events detected (positive rate 0%)

Other

- Nursing homes: conducted 1.155 rapid antigen detection tests were detected 17 positive events (percentage of positivity 1,47%)

- Closed structures: carried out 1.730 rapid antigen detection tests were detected new incidents (percentage of positivity 0,12%).

- Government Services: performed 92 rapid antigen detection test and no positive cases detected (positivity rate 0%)
