A contract for the assignment of consulting services was signed between the Municipality of Paralimni - Deryneia and Mr. Neophytos Zavridis, representative of the company Eypaline Surveying Ltd., for the execution of topographic and elevation works as well as for the preparation of a proposed regulatory plan concerning the road networks within the boundaries of the Paralimni Municipal District.
The work specifically concerns:
1. The road network that will connect the “Windmill” roundabout with the Paralimni – Sotiras road.
2. The road network that will connect the Agios Panteleimonas roundabout with Protaras Avenue (Link 5).
This study is part of the Municipality's efforts for rational urban planning, improvement of traffic connections and upgrading of the area's infrastructure, with the aim of sustainable development and more effective service to citizens and visitors.
The Mayor of Paralimni - Deryneia, Mr. George Nikolettos, stated that this contract constitutes another step towards the comprehensive planning of the city's road network, emphasizing that the upgrading of infrastructure is of crucial importance for the safety, functionality and development of the Municipality.
