Simigdalenios
Once upon a time, not so far away but not so close from here, lived a princess smart and dynamic, who could not do what was usual in her time. She wanted to define this life of hers. So, she makes her nun, her partner, with treasures given by nature: water and semolina. And he called his name Simeon.
Time passed and Simigdalenios loved the princess, day by day, more and more. She, on the other hand, not so much or better not yet…
The fame of Simigdalenius' devotion to his love traveled far and wide, to the ears of the princess of the East who sent her courtiers to steal him.
And then, the princess who lived not so far but not so close from here, lost the earth under her feet and decided to travel to the ends of the earth until she finds her love again but above all to discover him. herself.
The play "O Simigdalenios" of the Pocket Theater is based on the homonymous educational program that took place at the Hatzigiorkis Mills Museum in March 2020, until the pandemic (and) put an end to it.
"Simigdalenios" returns for another long journey in the universe of folklore, to teach us the secrets of the sky and the stars and all the wonders that can be achieved by the man who loved and respected the divine gift of life.
