President Christodoulidis called an emergency meeting at the Presidential Office on the occasion of the appointments under the microscope.
The Auditor General, Odysseas Michaelidis, arrived at the Presidential Office on an emergency basis to discuss with the President of the Republic the issues arising from the Government's appointments.
It is recalled that after the appointment of a 19-year-old woman to the Deputy Ministry of Culture, a new appointment is under the microscope of the Audit Service, since as it states for the position of the Presidential Commissioner there is no budget available. It is noted that there was a veto from the Trade Committee of the Parliament in the appointment of Maria Kouroupi, Director of Aviation Development and Communication of Hermes as a member of the National Gaming and Casino Supervision Authority.
