The President of the Republic, Mr. Nikos Christodoulidis, decided to appoint the former Director of Secondary General Education, Dr. Kyprianos Louis, to the Office of the Commissioner for Humanitarian Affairs, Missing and Imprisoned Persons, as Coordinator of Religious Groups.
The decision of the President of the Republic was taken following a joint request of the three representatives of the Religious Groups in the House of Representatives, based on the kind, constructive and creative cooperation they have had over the years with Dr. Kyprianos Louis, with the aim of the even more effective and quick handling of issues concerning the three religious groups in Cyprus.
It is noted that Dr. Louis will offer his services without pay.
