The President of the Republic, Mr. Nikos Christodoulides, exercising the powers granted to him by the Constitution, decided to make the following changes to the composition of the members of the Government:
Ms. Evanthia Tsolaki is appointed Minister of Transport, Communications and Works
Mr. Christos Senekis is appointed Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development and Environment
Ms. Tina Pavlou is appointed Deputy Minister of Social Welfare
Ms. Clea Papaellina is appointed Deputy Minister of Culture
The President of the Republic also decided on the following appointments:
Mr. Elias Myrianthous is appointed Commissioner for the Environment and Animal Welfare
Ms. Irini Pogiatzi is appointed Citizen's Commissioner
Mr. Panagiotis Palates is appointed Director of the Office of the President of the Republic
The confirmation and appointment ceremony will take place on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at 9:30, at the Presidential Palace.
