Karoyan initiative to facilitate settlement of Armenians in Cyprus

DIPA President Marios Karoyan has been in Armenia for two days.

As SigmaLive is informed, Mr. Karoyan has contacts with authorities in Armenia in order for the Republic of Cyprus to provide facilities to those Armenians who want to settle in Cyprus.

According to the same information, Mr. Karoyan's initiative is viewed positively by the Christodoulidis government.

So far, more than 84.700 refugees have crossed into Armenia from the Karabakh region.
