New year, new goals. To quit smoking, to eat better, to exercise, but many of us want to stop as much as possible from engaging in social media.
If you belong to the last category, then you are not alone, after a recent survey conducted by Bidvine.com, in the UK, found that 10% of participants planned to cut social media this year, compared to 8% who wants to quit smoking.
A research and a (large) percentage that may be related to research published from time to time, such as the recent research conducted by the University of Copenhagen, that is, that social media can be crucial for mental health and the life of the individual. In particular, the research found that excessive use of Facebook can "negatively affect the emotional health and pleasure one experiences in life."
