These are the minimum wages in the hotel industry – Increases in detail (table)

The Ministry of Labor and Social Security announces that to enhance the benefits of low-wage workers, the Cabinet decided today, Thursday, August 24, 2023, on issuance of Decree by the Minister of Labor and Social Insurance Mr. Yannis Panagiotou for its increase threshold of minimum wages in the hotel industry, including ATA, in accordance with the existing institutional framework.

In Decree included revised minimum wages in a number of occupations in the hospitality industry, with a retroactive effective date of June 1, 2023.

It is noted that the replacement of the existing Decree, which has been in force since January 2020, is done in accordance with the Collective Agreement and on the basis of the Law on Minimum Wages (Chap. 183).
