Joint CTO and Jet2 event for new direct flights

In anticipation of the launch of new direct flights of the airline Jet2 from Belfast Northern Ireland to Paphos, a joint event of the air carrier was held, together with the CTO Office in Belfast, where in the presence of invited travel agents a presentation was made for Cyprus.

"The interest was great, given the fact that the United Kingdom remains the largest tourist market in Cyprus," the CTO said in a statement.
 
The offer of high quality services and hospitality has made Cyprus one of the top holiday destinations from the United Kingdom with an upward trend in arrivals in recent years, according to the CTO.
 
Northern Ireland is a relatively new market for Cyprus and therefore the interest of travel agents and potential travelers, as was evident at the event, is evident, the Agency said in a statement.
 
The event featured, among other things, attractions, history, wine gastronomy, accommodation options, and specialized sections of our tourism industry such as wedding ceremonies, sports tourism, conference and health tourism.
