Recipe for Sausage with green peppers and red wine sauce

Ingredients

  • 450 gr. rural-style sausage
  • 3 green peppers
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt Pepper
  • 1/3 cup of red wine tea

Implementation

step 1

Peel a squash, grate it and chop it into large pieces.

step 2

In a pan, sauté the green peppers in the olive oil until they start to soften, season with salt and pepper, stir and set aside.

step 3

Saute the sausage in the same pan and when it turns brown add the red wine.

step 4

Cover with foil, place in the oven and cook for about 40 minutes.

step 5

Add the sauteed green peppers to the pan and cook for another 30 minutes.
