Ingredients
- 2 × 400 ml cans of coconut cream with whole fat or coconut milk
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder without sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 20 gr. chocolate without sugar
- Extra grated chocolate for garnish
Implementation
step 1
Place the cream in a bowl and add the icing sugar. Beat vigorously using a mixer until the mixture is thick and creamy, about 1-2 minutes. Keep about 4 tablespoons of the whipped cream to use as a topping in serving and set aside.

Add the cocoa powder and salt to the cream and beat again until the mixture is homogeneous and thick. Add the grated chocolate and mix.

Depending on the coconut milk you use, the mousse will form almost as soon as the cocoa powder is mixed. If not, place in the refrigerator until it sets.
step 4
Spread the whipped cream over the mousse and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
