Ingredients
- 1/2 kg shrimp cleaned
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise tea
- 1/4 cup Thai tea with sweet chili sauce
- 3-5 drops of chili sauce
- 1 / 2- 3/4 fl. teaspoon corn flour
Implementation

In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the Thai sweet chili sauce and the drops of chili sauce.

Pass the shrimp through the flour and fry lightly, until golden brown.
step 3
Lay on absorbent paper, serve the shrimp on a plate and pour over the sauce. Garnish with chopped spring onion.
