Ingredients for 4 people

  • 200 grams of raw sea urchin eggs
  • 500 grams of spaghetti No. 6
  • 2 large tomatoes peeled and grated
  • 1 chopped onion
  • fresh chopped basil
  • some olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Implementation

  1. Boil the spaghetti in salted water and strain well.
  2. In a pan with oil, sauté the onion.
  3. Add the basil, tomato, salt, pepper and a little water if needed.
  4. Allow the sauce to set over medium heat and finally add the spaghetti.
  5. Stir well to bring to a boil and remove from heat.
  6. Serve the spaghetti and over the sea urchin eggs. You can garnish with basil leaves.
