Spring pancetta salad

Ingredients

  • half a ciapatta loaf, cut into cubes

  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 3 cloves
  • 1/2 cup oil for bread

  • 8 basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp. vinegar
  • 3 tbsp. dressing oil
  • salt and pepper

Implementation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Heat over medium heat the oil we have kept for the pieces of bread together with the butter in a fireproof pan, suitable for the oven.

Once the butter has melted, add the garlic and the pieces of bread and mix well. Transfer the pan to the oven where we bake for 15 minutes, until the bread turns brown and then leave it to cool.
