Individual cheesecake

Ingredients for 12 cheesecakes

  • 1 cup melted biscuits (petit fours)
  • 300 grams of low fat Philadelphia cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 5 tablespoons + 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • dessert spoon the jam of your choice

Implementation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. In a muffin tin (12 trays), place muffin sheets.
  3. In a bowl, mix the grated biscuit with 2 tablespoons of sugar, cinnamon and melted butter.
  4. Distribute the mixture in the molds (about 1 tablespoon in each) and press into the mold.
  5. In a bowl, beat the cheese until fluffy. Then add the sugar (5 tablespoons), eggs and lemon juice.
  6. Distribute the mixture in the molds, about 2 tablespoons each.
  7. Bake in the oven for 17-20 minutes until they start to crack on the surface.
  8. Leave them to cool and then put a little sweet spoon or jam on top.
