Ingredients
- 12 eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise tea
- 4 slices of bacon
- 2 tbsp chopped cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp mustard
Implementation
- Place the eggs in a saucepan and fill it with water until covered. Once the water has boiled, remove from the heat.
- Cover the pot and leave the eggs in hot water for 10-12 minutes. Remove from hot water and cool under cold running water.
- Place the bacon slices in a pan and sauté over low heat until it takes on a ruby red color. Cut into very small pieces and set aside.
- Peel the eggs and cut them in half. Remove the yolks and place them in a small bowl.
- Mix the yolks with the mayonnaise, bacon and cheddar cheese. Add the mustard and mix.
- Fill the yolks one by one with the mixture and place in the fridge until served.
