Ingredients for 4 people
- 200 gr. self raising flour of
- 300 g milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon soup of fresh butter
- 1 vanilla
- praline
Implementation
- Separate the yolks from the egg whites and beat the egg whites to become a meringue.
- In another bowl, mix all the other ingredients except the flour, which we add at the end slowly while continuing and mixing at the same time.
- After everything becomes a porridge, add the meringue (again slowly) so that they are unified.
- With a spoon, pour the mixture in portions into the waffle iron, so that each time an inflatable waffle comes out.
- After about 3-4 minutes each waffle is ready. Spread with praline and serve.
