Waffles with praline

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 200 gr. self raising flour of
  • 300 g milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon soup of fresh butter
  • 1 vanilla
  • praline

Implementation

  1. Separate the yolks from the egg whites and beat the egg whites to become a meringue.
  2. In another bowl, mix all the other ingredients except the flour, which we add at the end slowly while continuing and mixing at the same time.
  3. After everything becomes a porridge, add the meringue (again slowly) so that they are unified.
  4. With a spoon, pour the mixture in portions into the waffle iron, so that each time an inflatable waffle comes out.
  5. After about 3-4 minutes each waffle is ready. Spread with praline and serve.
