Egg bagel and bacon

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 4 loaves of bread open in the middle
  • 4 slices of edam cheese or cheese
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 4 eggs
  • mayonnaise
  • salt
  • pepper

Implementation

  1. Bake the bacon in a non-stick pan until crispy and remove.
  2. Then add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the pan and add the eggs after beating them with salt, pepper and a little milk.
  3. Carefully remove the omelette.
  4. Set up the sandwiches. Spread a tablespoon of mayonnaise on the bottom of the bread and continue with a slice of cheese, bacon, and scrambled eggs.
  5. Cover with the top of the bread and serve immediately.
