Components

For the balls

  • 200 gr. coconut cream
  • 100 gr. grated coconut
  • 100 gr. ripe banana, melted
  • 50 gr. peanut butter
  • 50 gr. peanuts, finely chopped
  • 25 gr. honey
  • Salt

For overlapping

  • 150 gr. chocolate couverture, melted (optional)
  • Grated coconut

Execution method

  • Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  • Cover with cling film and put the mixture in the refrigerator to freeze well.
  • We wear disposable gloves, take the mixture out of the fridge and start molding the mixture into balls.
  • Dip each ball in the chocolate.
  • Put the balls in the fridge to tighten and enjoy.
  • Store in the refrigerator in a closed container.

Ingredients

For the balls

  • 200 g of coconut cream
  • 100 g desiccated coconut
  • 100 g ripe banana, mashed
  • 50 g of peanut butter
  • 50 g peanuts, chopped
  • 25 g of honey
  • Salt

for the topping

  • 150 g chocolate couverture, melted (optional)
  • Desiccated coconut

Method

  • In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix until well combined.
  • Place in the refrigerator to chill.
  • Wear disposable gloves. Remove mixture from refrigerator. Begin molding mixture into small balls the size of walnuts.
  • Dip each little ball into the chocolate to coat.
  • Place the balls in the refrigerator to chill for 2 hours before serving.
  • Keep refrigerated in an airtight container.
