For the balls
- 200 gr. coconut cream
- 100 gr. grated coconut
- 100 gr. ripe banana, melted
- 50 gr. peanut butter
- 50 gr. peanuts, finely chopped
- 25 gr. honey
- Salt

- 150 gr. chocolate couverture, melted (optional)
- Grated coconut
Execution method
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Cover with cling film and put the mixture in the refrigerator to freeze well.
- We wear disposable gloves, take the mixture out of the fridge and start molding the mixture into balls.
- Dip each ball in the chocolate.
- Put the balls in the fridge to tighten and enjoy.
- Store in the refrigerator in a closed container.

Method
- In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Place in the refrigerator to chill.
- Wear disposable gloves. Remove mixture from refrigerator. Begin molding mixture into small balls the size of walnuts.
- Dip each little ball into the chocolate to coat.
- Place the balls in the refrigerator to chill for 2 hours before serving.
- Keep refrigerated in an airtight container.
