Ingredients
- 15 dates (seedless)
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 1/2 cups tea oats
- 1/3 cup tahini tea
- 1 cup tea couverture tears
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- A little salt
- A little sesame
Implementation

In a food processor, grind the dates, with the maple syrup, tahini and oats.

To check if the mixture is ready, form a ball in your hand. If well formed it is ready. If it crumbles, add 1-2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil and mix again.

Spread the mixture evenly in a pan on a greased baking sheet with a spatula.

Melt the chocolate in the microwave for 20 seconds or in a baking pan and mix with the coconut oil.

Spread over the tahini mixture and sprinkle with salt and sesame seeds.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until the chocolate has cooled well.

Cut into squares and enjoy.
