Ingredients for 6 people
- 1 eggplant, cut into thick slices
- 1 tbsp margarine
- 6 slices of halloumi
- 6 buns for burgers
- 6 lettuce leaves
- 6 slices of tomato
- 1/2 onion sliced
- 1/2 cup tea pickles
- Ketchup
- 3 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 wp mustard
Implementation
- Place the eggplant slices in a pan on a greased baking sheet and bake in the oven.
- Melt the margarine in a baking pan, sauté the lettuce slices on both sides and place in each of them a slice of halloumi. Leave on the fire until the cheese has melted.
- Cut the loaves for burgers in half and place the aubergines in each of them. Add the lettuce with the cheese, tomato, onion and pickles and cover with ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard.
