Blondies with pieces of dark chocolate

Ingredients for 6 people

  • 8 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 vanillin or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup flour that swells on its own
  • 1/2 cup chocolate drops (dark or milk)
  1. Preheat the oven to 175-180 degrees.
  2. Butter a baking tray (20 × 20) or cover it with non-stick paper.
  3. In a bowl add the melted butter and brown sugar and mix with a spatula until the sugar has melted.
  4. Add the egg, vanilla and salt.
  5. Add the flour and mix with the spatula until the ingredients are homogenous and add the chocolate drops.
  6. Spread the mixture in the pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. The cake remains juicy after baking.
  7. Allow to cool and cut into pieces.
