Blondies with tahini

Ingredients for 6 people

  • 110 gr. butter
  • 110 gr. soft black sugar
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 6 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 150 g flour for all uses

Implementation

  1. First, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Once it melts, leave it for a few more minutes (about 6 ') until it darkens in color and you see small black dots forming on the bottom of the pan.
  3. Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly.
  4. Preheat the oven to 160C in air and line a baking tray with oil-based glue so that the edges protrude.
  5. In a large bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, honey, tahini, vanilla, salt and egg.
  6. Stirring constantly add the butter to the mixture.
  7. Finally, add the flour and mix with a fork until the flour is visible.
  8. Spread the mixture in the pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. The more it is baked, the more the result will look like a soft cookie.
  9. If it is cooked less, the interior will be more chewy. Leave the dessert to cool in the pan and cut it into 12 pieces.
