Baked broccoli with sour cream

Ingredients

  • 1 kg of broccoli
  • 4 eggs
  • 400 gr. coarse grated gruyere
  • 100 gr. grated kefalotyri
  • 400 ml sour cream
  • Pepper
  • Grated nutmeg

Implementation

  1. Separate the hazelnuts from the broccoli and wash them very well.
  2. Pour a little water in a saucepan, place the broccoli and let it boil for a while. Just before removing from the heat, add the salt.
  3. Remove from the heat and strain well while still hot.
  4. In a fireproof dish, place the hazelnuts from the broccoli.
  5. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the kitchen wire, add the coarse gruyere, the kefalotyri, the sour cream, the pepper and the nutmeg and mix well until the mixture is homogenous.
  6. Pour the mixture over the broccoli and bake for 10-15 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees.
