Brownies with Oreo

Materials for 10-12 pieces

Implementation

• 200 gr. sugar (about 3/4 cup)
• 125 ml corn oil (about 1/2 cup)
• 60 g flour for all uses
• 40 gr. cocoa
• 2 large eggs
• 3 vanillas or 2 tsp. sweet liquid vanilla
• 1/2 teaspoon sweet baking powder
• 1 teaspoon soup merenda or nutella
• a pinch of salt
• 1 package of oreo (10-12 cookies)

1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius (heating elements).
2. In a medium bowl, pour the oil with the sugar and connect them with a wire.
3. Add the two eggs and the vanilla. Whisk with the wire for 2-3 minutes until the mixture is fluffy.
4. In another small bowl, combine all the other dry ingredients (flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt) and add them to the mixture.
5. Stir carefully until you see no flour.
6. Pour half of it into a pan that you have first covered with non-stick paper.
7. Spread the oreo and pour the rest of the mixture on top to cover the cookies.
8. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
9. Once cooked, let it cool and then cut into squares.
