- 2 burger buns cut in half
- 250 gr. ground beef
- 2 slices of cheddar
- 2 slices of smoked bacon
- 2 eggs
- 3-4 lettuce leaves curled
- 1 small tomato cut into slices
- 1 small onion cut into slices
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- olive oil
- First, put the minced meat, salt and freshly ground pepper in a bowl, knead with your hands and shape two burgers.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over high heat. Bake the burgers for 5-8 minutes on each side, depending on how juicy or well-cooked you want them.
- Add the bacon to the pan and let it cook well on both sides for 4-5 minutes, until it becomes crispy and take it out of the pan.
- Place the cheddar slices on top of the burgers and place the lid on the pan to melt the cheese for about 3 minutes.
- Remove the burgers from the heat and toast the buns for about 2 minutes on each side.
- In the same pan, heat a little olive oil over low to medium heat and fry the egg yolks for about 4 minutes.
- Then put a few lettuce leaves, tomato slices, burgers, bacon and onions at the base of the bread. Finally, add the egg.
- Cover the burgers with the bread and accompany with barbecue sauce.
