Materials for 1 person

Implementation

  • 2 burger buns cut in half
  • 250 gr. ground beef
  • 2 slices of cheddar
  • 2 slices of smoked bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • 3-4 lettuce leaves curled
  • 1 small tomato cut into slices
  • 1 small onion cut into slices
  • salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • olive oil
  1. First, put the minced meat, salt and freshly ground pepper in a bowl, knead with your hands and shape two burgers.
  2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over high heat. Bake the burgers for 5-8 minutes on each side, depending on how juicy or well-cooked you want them.
  3. Add the bacon to the pan and let it cook well on both sides for 4-5 minutes, until it becomes crispy and take it out of the pan.
  4. Place the cheddar slices on top of the burgers and place the lid on the pan to melt the cheese for about 3 minutes.
  5. Remove the burgers from the heat and toast the buns for about 2 minutes on each side.
  6. In the same pan, heat a little olive oil over low to medium heat and fry the egg yolks for about 4 minutes.
  7. Then put a few lettuce leaves, tomato slices, burgers, bacon and onions at the base of the bread. Finally, add the egg.
  8. Cover the burgers with the bread and accompany with barbecue sauce.
