- 300 gr. flour
- 50 g sugar
- 1 cinnamon sticks
- ¼ κ.γ. soda
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 4 tbsp. mavrodafni
- 1 egg yolk
- zest of 1 lemon
- 3-4 tbsp. water
- seed oil

- 300 gr. ricotta
- 100 gr. yoghurt
- 150 gr. mascarpone
- 150 gr. powder
- zest of 2 lemons juice of 1 lemon
- Put ricotta, yogurt, mascarpone, powdered sugar in the bowl of the mixer and mix.
- Add zest and lemon juice and continue beating.
- Put the filling in a cone and then freeze it in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
- Put flour, sugar, cinnamon, soda in a bowl and mix. Then add the melted butter, wine, yolk, lemon zest, 3-4 tablespoons of water and mix.
- Knead by hand, add a little more water, cover with cling film and let the dough rest for half an hour.
- Divide the dough into smaller pieces, open it into a thin sheet and cut with the cutter into a round shape.
- Make a cigar out of aluminum foil and roll up the dough to form a tube.
- Fry in plenty of oil until the cannulas turn golden.
- Once cool, fill them with the cream and decorate with a couverture in drops and cherries.
