- 200 grams of cookies of your choice
- 70 grams of melted butter (not hot)
- 150 grams of cream cheese
- 200 grams of cream 35% fat, whipped into a whipped cream (not too tight)
- 1 jar of sour cherry sauce for the coating
- Crush the cookies in a blender until they are finely chopped but not completely powdered.
- Then put them in a bowl and add the melted butter, stir until it becomes a homogeneous mixture.
- Fill 2 teaspoons with the cookie mixture into 12 wine glasses or small glasses.
- In the bowl of the mixer, mix the cream cheese together with the sour cream for 5-7 minutes on a strong scale until it becomes a firm cream.
- Fill the cream mixture into the glasses from 2 tablespoons and finally cover with 1 tablespoon of sour cherry sauce with gentle movements.
- Leave the dessert in the fridge for about 4 hours and unmold before serving.
- Optionally, to make the cookie mixture more crisp, preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the cookie mixture in a pan for 15 minutes before placing the mixture in the glasses.
