Ingredients
- 2 packets of dough for sweet tart
- 7 cups teaspoon apples (peeled and sliced)
- 1 cup tea crystal sugar
- 2 tbsp flour for all uses
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. grated nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp butter
Implementation
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
- In a bowl, mix the apples with the sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
- Grease a baking tray with butter and spread the dough for the sweet tart well.
- Place the apple mixture in the pan, cover with the remaining dough and bake at 220 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Lower the temperature to 135-150 degrees and bake for another 40-50 minutes, until the dough turns golden.
