Ingredients
- 400 gr. light yogurt
- 200 gr. cookies
- 50 gr. whipping cream
- Juice of half a lemon
- 60 gr. walnuts
- A little lemon zest
Implementation

Crush the cookies and half the walnuts in a mortar or with the help of a food processor and lay them as a base in four individual bowls.

In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the sour cream and lemon and divide the mixture into bowls.

Garnish with the remaining grated walnuts and lemon zest.
