Ingredients
- 1 cup raw quinoa tea
- 1/4 cup of dried cranberries
- 1 1/2 cups of tea water
- 1 small chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup teaspoon chopped carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped yellow tea pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped red tea pepper
- 1/4 cup of freshly chopped coriander tea
- 1 1/2 tbsp. curry powder
- Juice from a lime
- 1/4 cup teaspoon chopped almonds
- Salt Pepper
Implementation

Pour the water into a saucepan and cover with the lid.

Bring to a boil and add the quinoa. Simmer over low heat until water is completely absorbed, about 15-20 minutes.

Place in a bowl in the refrigerator and leave to cool.

Once the quinoa has cooled, add the red and yellow peppers, red onion, curry powder, coriander, lime juice, almonds, carrots and cranberries to the bowl.

Season to taste and refrigerate again before serving.
