Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup tea oats
  • 1/3 cup teaspoon almond milk or milk of your choice
  • 1/4 cup tea yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. Maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 2 strawberries cut into cubes

Implementation

In a jar place the oats, almond milk, yogurt, cocoa powder and maple syrup.

Mix until all ingredients are well combined.

Place the strawberries on top and seal the jar.

Let the oats soak overnight in the mixture by placing in the fridge and enjoy in the morning.
