Ingredients for 4 people
- 225 gr. pasta (boiled)
- 425 gr. chickpeas (boiled)
- 150 gr. broccoli (boiled)
- 60 gr. carrots (grated)
- 75 gr. red onion (chopped)
- 10 gr. parsley
- 300 gr. Cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup tea olive oil
- 1/4 cup of red wine tea
- 1 clove garlic (chopped)
- 1 tbsp. oregano
- Salt
- Pepper
Implementation
- In a large bowl place the pasta, chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, carrots, red onion and parsley.
- In another bowl, mix the oil with the red wine, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.
- Place the salad dressing in the bowl with the pasta and the rest of the ingredients and mix well until it goes everywhere.
- Place in the refrigerator to cool. Serve the pasta salad cool.
