Components
- 800 gr. hard flour
- 200 gr. whole weat flour
- 100 ml of olive oil
- 250 ml of fresh orange juice
- 1 sachet of yeast
- 1 tbsp. granulated sugar
- 250 ml of warm water
- 200 gr. pitted black olives, finely chopped
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 bunch of coriander, finely chopped
- 1 cinnamon sticks
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 strong pinch of dried mint
- Sesame for sprinkling (optional)
- 1-2 tbsp. extra olive oil to spread our mold
Execution methodth
- In a bowl pour the yeast, sugar, lukewarm water and mix well with a fork until the yeast dissolves. Set aside for 10 minutes until the yeast is activated.
- In a large bowl put the flour, salt and olive oil. Mix them all together until they look like wet sand.
- Make a hole in the center and pour the yeast mixture.
- Then, add the rest of the ingredients and knead well.
- Grease the walls of a pan and put the dough and grease it with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired.
- Let it rest in there for about 2 hours.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees in the air for 1 hour.
- Allow to cool well before cutting into pieces.
