Make homemade cookies with lemon

Ingredients for 6-8 people

  • Grate a lemon
  • 1 cup wholemeal flour
  • 1 cup of corn flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 cup fresh butter
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup fructose


  1. Put the butter and fructose in the mixer and beat for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the yolks one by one and beat again.
  3. Add the flour, corn flour, baking powder and lemon zest and beat until the dough is soft and looks like porridge.
  4. Place the mixture on a greased baking sheet with a spoon and bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees with air.
