Ingredients for 6-8 people
- Grate a lemon
- 1 cup wholemeal flour
- 1 cup of corn flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 cup fresh butter
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup fructose
Implementation
- Put the butter and fructose in the mixer and beat for 5 minutes.
- Add the yolks one by one and beat again.
- Add the flour, corn flour, baking powder and lemon zest and beat until the dough is soft and looks like porridge.
- Place the mixture on a greased baking sheet with a spoon and bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees with air.
