Saganaki shrimp with feta and tomato

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 3 strips of lemon zest (from 1 lemon), cut into thin slices
  • 1 can of tomato sauce
  • 20 large peeled shrimp
  • 2 cups teaspoon baby spinach
  • 1/4 cup crushed tea slice

Implementation

step 1

Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat and sauté the garlic and lemon zest until they start to brown, about 1 minute.

step 2

Add the tomato sauce and simmer. Place the shrimp in the pan and cook covered, for 3 minutes.

step 3

Add the spinach and cook until it starts to wither, for another 1 to 2 minutes.

step 4

Sprinkle with feta cheese and serve with bread.
