Slightly spicy that is eaten plain but goes well with all pasta
Put the butter and garlic in the pan and let it take on a little color and add the shrimp. Saute them for a minute on high heat and remove the pan from the heat.
Put the onion and the sun-dried tomatoes in the pan and add the wine and as soon as it evaporates, add the cream. Add the salt and pepper and cook on high heat for two minutes.
Add the spinach and parmesan, the shrimp, the herbs and the parsley.
