- 1 avocado
- 100 gr. tuna in drained water or oil
- 1 chopped tomato
- 2 tbsp. boiled corn
- 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- Lime juice
- Salt
- Pepper

- Using a spoon, empty the avocado flesh into a bowl and melt it well with a fork.
- Then add the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth,
- Fill the avocados with the filling and enjoy.

- 100g tuna in water or sunflower oil, drained
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 2 tbs corn, canned
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 small onion, chopped
- Juice from 1/2 lime
- Salt
- Pepper
Method

Use a spoon to scoop out some of the avocado from the flesh to widen the "bowl" area.

Place the scooped avocado into a medium-sized mixing bowl and mash it with a fork.

Add the remaining ingredients and stir all together until everything is well mixed.

Scoop the stuffing into the avocado bowls. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
