Execution method

For the chicken

  • Preheat the oven to 180. C in air.
  • With the help of a knife, carve each chicken breast, so that it opens in the middle like a butterfly.
  • Spread the fillets with 2 tbsp. olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

For stuffing

  • Carefully open the chicken fillets and make a layer with strips of cheese, then spread the slices of lountza by putting them next to each other, place the halloumi slices on top.
  • Close well with toothpicks, so that the filling does not leave during baking.
  • Heat 1 tbsp in a non-stick pan. olive oil over medium to high heat.
  • Add the chicken and cook for 2 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
