- 200 gr.
- 12 slices of pepperoni
- For the sauce:
- 1 box of crushed tomatoes
- 2 tbsp. pulp
- 1 tbsp. thyme
- 1 tbsp. basil leaves
- 1 tbsp. oil
- Salt
Implementation

Preheat your oven to 200 degrees.

In a bowl, pour the tomatoes (without their liquids) together with all the other ingredients and mix.

Spread the dough in a floured pan. Spread the surface with the tomato sauce and pour over the mozzarella, to spread everywhere. Sprinkle around and pepperoni slices.

Bake in the heating elements for about 2 minutes, on the last grill of the oven.
