Ingredients
- 150 gr. butter
- 400 gr. small mushrooms
- 6 onions cut into 4 cm pieces
- 3 cloves of garlic crushed
- 1 1/2 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- A handful of chopped parsley
- 8 wooden straws, immersed in water for 30 minutes
Implementation
step 1
Melt the butter in a small pan and set aside to cool slightly.
step 2
Place the mushrooms and onions on the wooden straws very close and tightly to each other.
step 3
Add the garlic, thyme and parsley to the melted butter and mix well, seasoning well enough.
step 4
Smear the straws with a generous amount of the butter mixture and bake over high heat for 7-8 minutes, occasionally smearing with the butter mixture.
step 5
Place the straws in a pan, cover with foil and grill for another 10 minutes on both sides, covering with the remaining butter mixture.
