Cannelloni with minced meat and peppers

Ingredients for 4 people

  • A little parsley
  • 1 cinnamon
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 large onion
  • 1-2 red or green peppers
  • Half a glass of white wine
  • Half a glass of olive oil
  • Oregano
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 box of uncooked cannelloni
  • 450 grams of minced meat
  • 1 can of tomatoes
  • 1 small cream
  • Yellow cheeses


  1. In a saucepan, sauté the minced meat in a little oil with 1 chopped onion and 2 chopped garlic cloves.
  2. Add the 2 red peppers, sauté and quench with a little white wine.
  3. Add pepper, salt, grated 1 cinnamon stick, chopped oregano and parsley and pour half the tomato inside.
  4. Stir a little over low heat so that it does not have a lot of liquid.
  5. In another saucepan add a little oil, chopped green pepper and garlic.
  6. Saute, add the tomato, the other half salt and pepper, a little sugar and half a glass of water to bring to a boil.
  7. When the minced meat is ready, add a little sour cream and 1 handful of yellow cheese and mix.
  8. When the minced meat is cold then take the cannelloni and fill it with a teaspoon or a bag of cornets.
  9. Spread them on the pyrex, pour the sauce on top and put them in the oven covered with foil for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
  10. Pour a few yellow cheeses on top and put back in the oven for 10 minutes.
