Minced meat sausage meatballs

Ingredients

• 1/2 kg ground sausages
• 2 cup teaspoon flour
• 3 tbsp. baking powder
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 450 gr. grated cheddar cheese

Implementation

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.

step 2

Place the minced sausages in a bowl and add the flour, baking powder, salt, oil and cheddar cheese.

step 3

Stir until the mixture is homogeneous and form into small balls.

step 4

Place in a greased pan and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until lightly browned.
