Ingredients for 6 people
- 500 grams of flour
- 600 grams of pumpkin
- 400 grams of sugar
- 200 grams of walnuts
- 5 eggs
- 1 vanilla
- 200 ml oil
- 1 sachet of baking powder

- 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Implementation
- Beat the pumpkin in the blender. Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks and beat the egg whites on a plate until they become a meringue.
- Then put the egg yolks, 1 vanilla, 400 grams of sugar, 200 ml of oil and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon in the bowl of the mixer.
- Beat the ingredients well. Immediately after, add the grated pumpkin to our mixture. Put in a bowl 500 grams of flour, 1 sachet of baking powder, 200 grams of walnuts (after we grind them) and ½ a teaspoon of salt.
- Mix well and then add them to the mixture and beat in the mixer. Finally add the meringue and mix with a ladle. Grease a pan with butter. Pour the mixture inside.
- Preheat the oven. Bake the cake at 180 degrees for 60 minutes.
