Lemon cake with coconut

Ingredients for 6 people

  • 4 eggs
  • 1,5 teaspoon sugar
  • 1,5 teaspoon flour
  • Or a cup of brandy
  • Or a cup of lemon
  • 1 vanilla
  • 1 baking powder
  • coconut (for garnish)

For the syrup

  • 2 glasses of water
  • 1 ½ glass of sugar
  • lemon peel (boil for 5 minutes, after boiling)

Implementation

  1. Beat the meringue whites with a little of the sugar, and then add the yolks.
  2. Add the rest of the sugar and continue beating on the low speed of the mixer.
  3. Slowly and alternately add the brandy and the lemon, with the flour, in which you have put the vanilla and the baking powder.
  4. Bake in pyrex, in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 30. After cutting it in the pan, then syrup it.
  5. Add the coconut and serve.
